Thank you for your interest in the Classic Nurses Academy nurses aide and medication management program. Enrollment in the program is as follows:

Step 1.             Fill out and return the Registration form.

Step 2.             Register to take the placement Test by filling and returning the bottom part of the Request for Test Date form. All students must take the Placement Test BEFORE being considered for the course.

Step 3.             Take the Placement Test. The test is designed to measure English language skills and is free. It will be offered at the school premises and it takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Course enrollment is limited to 10 students per class. Enrollment is based on payment of non-refundable $25.00 registration fee, completed registration form and the pass result of the placement test. Once all testing is completed, the school will notify you about your status.
